This directory contains a snapshot of the cisst package tailored for
the MICCAI 07 Open Source Workshop: http://hdl.handle.net/1926/553

Many examples and libraries of the cisst package have been removed to
focus on the newly added nArray part of cisstVector.  These
multidimensional containers can only be found in the CVS version of
cisst but will be released soon.

To build the examples (benchmark programs) one will need:
- A Compiler (gcc or Microsoft .net 2003/2005)
- CMake (http://www.cmake.org)
- ITK (http://www.itk.org)

Complete build instructions for the cisst libraries can be found
online: http://www.cisst.org/cisst/#documentation

Please note that the benchmark programs require a fair amount of
memory.  A computer with at least one GB of memory is strongly
recommended.
