This ITK example takes a 4D DICOM time series as input and
produces two 3D parametric maps (MIPt and WI) as output.

The path of the data directory must be given as single command line argument.
Test data is supplied in the unittestdata directory. It is a T2* weighted MR NeuroPerfusion measurement.

The output maps are stored as multi-frame DICOM and are named "out-MIPt.dcm" and "out-WI.dcm".
